Our Chocolates
Our Chocolates, Truffles and Gourmet bars are made with the finest organic ingredients available. We import and process personally sourced Peruvian cocoa ingredients into delectably smooth chocolate covertures. Our average conching and refining process is forty hours which results in a very smooth end product. Fresh almonds from California and hazelnuts from Oregon and British Columbia are roasted in our ovens in small batches to maintain the best flavors and aromas. All of our organic products are certified by QAI (Quality Assurance International) and to the NOP (National Organic Program). We also manufacture a selection of organic chocolate and organic nut pastes for industry in blocks and in bulk format.
